Up to 100 attendees, up to 3 speakers.

Multi-Day or Multi-Track Event - Starting at $2,000

Ideal for conferences or multi-session events requiring coordinated content blocks, concurrent sessions, and real-time management across multiple stages.

For events exceeding 300 attendees or 5+ speakers

You lead the content and participate in the planning process.

We handle the design, setup, coordination, and live execution.

SUBMIT YOUR EVENT

Submit your event details for review and availability.

Each request is evaluated based on alignment, scope, and availability.

Selected organizers will receive next steps within 3–5 business days.

Not all requests will be accepted.

STANDARD SESSION SUPPORT

Not every event requires a full environment build.For more straightforward needs, For more straightforward needs, we also support platform-based sessions across Zoom, Teams, and Webex.

These are a fit for:

Starting at $300–$500 per session, depending on scope.
